I'm just really proud of what he has cave Den the sport of wrestling in order to show his resilience to his injuries and to come back and and to really compete or he's just someone to me that I hope all of you of that are watching this can can learn from and emulate give your all and all areas of your life including your school work your wrestling in your relationships with all your teammates in your family will love you nearest KOA speech I Have a line I want to say thank you to everybody who made the season possible Academy and lahainaluna rescue harness that supported me all these years by coaches that trained me my teammates will push me to be the person I am today and the train is for always 60 whenever I am broken this year I was very thankful that I could wrestle for most of the season back of a second his face is amazing I am really grateful looking back at what is learned over the course of my wrestling career I found the idea of Kaizen to be really influential to continue to improve is really powerful running Sprints to get a tenth of a second faster or lifting weights to be I have a ton more for the next all of it adds up over the course of the season to become miles of fabric wrestling at Lahaina Luna has taught me to constantly get better just a tiny bit every day this is something I hope everyone can realize to continuously learn that you continuously in food finally to my fellow seniors thank you for all the time except last 4 years indicates we do have a season let's for a car together to make unlock thank you at 9 a.
