School Bus Update #4

TO ALL SCHOOL BUS RIDERS - In order for you to ride the school bus, you will need to fill out a school bus application. If you haven't done so yet, please come to the main office and pick one up. Take it home to have your parents fill it out and return it to the main office to Mrs. Rogers. If you have PAID for your school bus pass your payment will be reimbursed to you. Come to the main office to pick up a REQUEST FOR REFUND (Form ST-72) take it home for your parents to fill out and return it to the main to Mrs. Rogers. Mahalo. REMEMBER to only come during morning recess and lunch time.
