Congratulations to Danielle Sulliban, Analiza Galuardo, and Marion Sidon who placed 3rd in the “Into The Fire” cooking competition held at UH Maui this past weekend. The students had one hour to prepare four 3-course meals, as well as complete an interview and a portfolio. The students were judged and critiqued by industry chefs. Each student was given tuition money to attend Maui Culinary Academy.
