Aloha Lahainaluna Juniors, 

Thank you for signing up for the 2024 Lahainaluna Junior Prom Shopping Event! We are so excited to meet you and help you find the perfect dress or tuxedo of your dreams for your prom…all for FREE! **YOU MUST READ the important information below before booking your appointment. 

Shopping Event Location: Queen Ka’ahumanu Center
Shopping Event Dates:
FRIDAY, JAN 12 | 3PM-8PM
SATURDAY, JAN 13 | 9AM-8PM
SUNDAY, JAN 14 | 9AM-6PM
MONDAY, JAN 15 | 9AM-8PM

IMPORTANT:

• The event will be held at Queen Ka’ahumanu Center. You will receive an email in January of the event location. 
• Please arrive and check in 15 min prior to your appointment time. 
• Bring your valid, current school ID or a document on a school letterhead verifying your student status. This is required for entry into the event.
• You are allowed to bring two guests; one MUST be a parent/guardian. If you are 18 years or older, no parent needed.
• A shopping stylist will be assigned to you for the duration of your appointment of 45 minutes.
• Each student will be given 1 dress or 1 suit/tuxedo ONLY and complementing accessories (if available) such as shoes, jewelry, tie, etc. 
• Girls must wear a swimsuit or leotard for easy trying on of dresses (if you have a preferred strapless bra or shoes, please bring them with you).
• Boys must wear underwear and please bring a pair of lightweight socks to try on shoes, if you have.
• Please DO NOT WEAR heavy makeup, perfume, body spray, or deodorant.
• Please arrive early for your appointment. We cannot guarantee time slots for any late-comers.

IMPORTANT: Appointment times are on a first come, first served basis. Please book your appointment as soon as you can. One student per time block. At the link, under “Events” select “LHS Jr Prom Shopping Event- Dress or Tuxedo Fitting Appointment” then select day and time you want and fill out the form. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment time has been booked.
