MANDATORY DUES for Classes of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022
$25.00 – $10.00 Class dues + $10.00 Student Gov’t dues - (includes photo ID
and handbook/planner)+ postage ($5.00 quarterly mailings)

$5.00 - Graduation Fee (Senior Class of 2019 only)

OPTIONAL FEES for all grades:

$25.00 - MIL Athletic Pass (required of all Athletes and Boarders) ... Admission
to LHS sporting events

$50.00 - Ka Lama 2019 Yearbook


CASH ONLY. No personal checks accepted!! However, Bank /cashier checks
or money order for exact amount are acceptable.

SENIORS CLASS OF 2019: BE SURE YOU HAVE an appointment scheduled with
Nagamine Photo for your senior yearbook portrait. Call 244-3636...ASAP. All
photos must be done before August 1.
